Why my account has been deleted?

If you have not requested your account to be deleted, there are four possibilities why you’re unable to find/access your account:


  1. You created a MusicMyBand account and never used it and/or due to inactivity. Accounts without activity or with no releases distributed may be deleted after a certain period.
  2. You received a strike or infringement notice from us, but ignored and/or did not solve the issue.
  3. We found some suspicious activities in your account.
  4. You’re from a Country that might be currently prohibited from using our platform.
